Dr. Colby Beal, D.O.
Dr. Colby Beal is the Medical Director at our clinic and a passionate advocate for helping people in Southern Utah live pain-free, active lives. His mission is simple: to provide the most effective and comprehensive pain and rehabilitation care available.
Dr. Beal completed medical school at Touro University Nevada. He then moved to Texas, where he served as Chief Resident during his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency. Afterward, he completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management and received the prestigious Ramamurthy Fellow-of-the-Year award.
He is board-certified in both PM&R and Pain Management. This dual training gives him a unique ability to treat complex conditions involving nerves, muscles, and bones. Whether you’re dealing with an injury, chronic pain, or recovering from surgery, Dr. Beal creates customized treatment plans to restore movement and improve quality of life.

Dr. Brooks Beal, D.O.
Dr. Brooks Beal is a dedicated Family Medicine physician with a passion for whole-person care and medical education. His focus is on building strong, lasting relationships with patients and guiding them through every stage of life with trusted, personalized care.
He earned his medical degree from Touro University Nevada, then completed his Family Medicine residency at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri. There, he was honored as Chief Resident—not only of his own program but of all residency programs at the hospital.
After residency, Dr. Beal joined the faculty at A.T. Still University and the Family Medicine Residency program, where he practiced both inpatient and outpatient care. His love of teaching led him to a role as Assistant Professor of Primary Care Medicine at Rocky Vista University in Ivins, Utah.
Dr. Beal’s clinical interests include preventive care, sports medicine, rural health, palliative care, and pediatrics. He believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and is committed to helping his patients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
With deep experience in both academic and clinical settings, Dr. Beal brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to every patient he sees.

Ashley Eckley
Ashley Eckley, FNP is a compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner with a strong focus on Women’s Health. She’s dedicated to delivering personalized, empowering care that supports patients at every stage of life.
Ashley began her medical journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She then gained valuable experience at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, where she worked in the Total Care Birth Center. There, she specialized in high-risk labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, antepartum care, and triage support.
Driven by a deep passion for women’s health, Ashley earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University. Today, she provides full-spectrum care for patients of all ages—with a special emphasis on supporting women through preventive care, wellness, and reproductive health.
Ashley’s approach is warm, supportive, and centered around building strong patient relationships. She’s here to be your trusted partner in health—offering expert care and a positive, uplifting experience at every visit.

Kawika Tupuola, PA-C
Kawika Tupuola, PA-C is a dedicated Physician Assistant with a strong passion for longevity, sports medicine, and community-based care. He believes in meeting patients where they are—offering personalized treatment plans that support long-term health and well-being.
Kawika earned his medical degree from the University of Utah and brings a unique perspective to our practice as a former collegiate athlete at Weber State University. He understands firsthand the demands of high-performance sports and is especially skilled in helping athletes recover, rebuild, and reach their full potential.
He is also committed to making a difference in underserved communities, delivering care with empathy, cultural understanding, and respect for each patient’s journey.
Kawika’s goal is to build lasting relationships with patients and be a reliable partner in their pursuit of better health. He brings energy, expertise, and heart to every visit—helping patients move forward with confidence and clarity.
